If asked to make a list of 5 healthy foods one should be eating but aren’t, the average person can complete that list with 100% confidence.  Despite this knowledge, the average American is becoming more overweight every day.  There is a staggering amount of misinformation out there on the topic of nutrition – to the degree that we don’t know who or what to believe anymore.  Diets don’t work.  More specifically, they don’t work in the long run.  98% of all diets fail to become a permanent lifestyle change, because they don’t take into account human nature.  If something is unpleasant, we avoid it.  Diets typically ask for too much change too soon, or they are just too restrictive to be sustainable.  In my Nutrition Coaching program, I empower you to make positive, healthy choices with confidence, that create permanent lifestyle change.
